Enjoy a 75-minute stroll with your entertaining guide...exploring Saint Paul's dark past. Â Learn about the big name criminals like John Dillinger, who came to our city to hide from the Feds and do business. Â Dip in and out of buildings, skyways and along city streets to get the inside scoop on what brought crooks to Saint Paul. Â Most of the tour is inside but come dressed for both in and out. Â $20 per person. Reservations required. Â Masking is currently mandatory while indoors in Saint Paul. Â Arrive a few minutes early to check in.
