Entertaining and spooky stories while riding a luxurious trolley around Saint Paul, followed by hand-crafted spirits at 11 Wells! Â Most of the tour is an expanded menu of ghost stories covering downtown, Summit Avenue and other haunted spots! Â Your CynCity guide supplies the chills and the laughs! Â Back at the distillery, it's off the trolley to sample special spirits while enjoying a casual chat about how they are made! Â Seating is limited. Â
