Learn why Saint Paul rolled out the red carpet for the likes of John Dillinger, the Barker brothers, Alvin Karpis and many others. Find out why Minnesota was so important to Prohibition and the bootlegging industry. You’ll enjoy looking and visiting inside beautiful buildings while learning about gangsters and Saint Paul history along way. In case of incliment weather, the tour will happen in and out of skyways. Approx. 1.2 miles - 90 minutes of exciting history! Fully accessible.
